Privacy Policy

Net Solutions Interactive (NSI) is a senior-care marketing agency serving senior-care operators. This policy explains what information this website, www.netsolutionscorp.com, collects, why, and who receives it. This policy does not cover the senior-care directory at /senior-care-services, which has its own policy.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. Work NSI does for its clients is governed by each client’s own Services Agreement.

NSI does not collect or process protected health information. Please do not send health information about any person through this website.

Information you give us

The forms that send you our free guides for senior-care businesses, such as our Hospice Census Playbook, ask for your work email address and first name and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and job title. They also ask for your business name, street address, city, state and type of care, record which page of this website you used them on, and ask you to agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, to receive our marketing emails about that type of care, and to a free listing of your business in the NSI Senior Care Directory, which shows your business name, address, city, state and type of care publicly.

The “get started” form, which our short link www.netsolutionscorp.com/get-started opens on GoHighLevel’s servers, asks for your first and last name, your email address, your phone number, your organization, your monthly marketing budget, the marketing channels you use, your service area, your website, a description of your project and a question about our webinar. It also asks you to agree to receive text messages from NSI and to agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.

When you book a call through the booking calendar on our call page, or after the search-ranking check on our home page, you give us your first and last name, your email address and your phone number. The booking form also asks you to agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy and to receive text messages from NSI about your call, including confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, and occasional marketing messages. You can reply STOP to any of these text messages to stop them. NSI does not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, except with the service providers that send our text messages for us. When the booking calendar opens, GoHighLevel’s calendar page, which we cannot change, also downloads a script file from Meta Platforms, Inc., whatever your cookie choice, so Meta receives your IP address and browser details, although no Meta Pixel is set up on the calendar, so no Pixel events are sent to Meta.

The search-ranking check on our home page asks for your agency’s name, its city and the type of care it provides. We use them to look up which agencies appear in Google search results for that type of care in that city and to show you where your agency ranks.

We use what you send to answer your inquiry, to provide and bill the services you sign up for, and to reply to you by email. If you book a call, we also use your details to confirm the call and remind you of it by email and, if you ticked the box to receive text messages, by text message, and with that same agreement to follow up by text message if the call is cancelled or missed and to send you the occasional marketing text messages you agreed to receive.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, the server that hosts this website and our security software record technical details such as your IP address, your browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We use these records to keep the site secure and working.

Every page of this website except the home page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google LLC. On the home page, the booking calendar shown after the search-ranking check also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the fonts from Google’s servers when the page or the calendar opens, before you make any cookie choice, so Google receives your IP address and browser details.

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. If you accept analytics cookies, this website loads Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, both from Google LLC. Neither loads before you make that choice. Google Analytics stores cookies on your device that recognize your browser on later visits. It records the pages you visit, when you scroll to the end of a page, the links you click to leave the site, files you download, your interactions with forms and embedded videos, and page changes that happen without the page reloading. It is also set to collect contact details you enter on a page of this website, such as your email address, phone number, name, postal code and country. Your email address, phone number and name are hashed before they are sent to Google, and Google can match this hashed information with information it already holds. Through Tag Manager, the site also records when a form is submitted and clicks on email, phone and outbound links. Google receives your IP address and browser and device details, which it uses to estimate your general location.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar browser storage. On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice, and the optional tools stay off until you turn them on. The banner sorts them into three categories.

  • Strictly Necessary. Always active. When you make a choice, this website saves it, with its date, in your browser’s local storage, so that the choice applies on your later visits. This does not track your activity on other websites.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics). Off until you turn it on. When it is on, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load as described under “Information collected automatically”, and Google Analytics sets its cookies.
  • Advertising (Google). Off until you turn it on.

To change your choice, use the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. It reopens the banner, and its “Cookie Settings” button shows a switch for each optional category. A category you turn off stops loading on the pages you open afterwards. Cookies those tools have already set stay in your browser until you delete them in your browser settings.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Advertising then stays off in that browser and cannot be turned on while the signal is sent, and the banner and the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” panel show that your opt-out request has been honored. Analytics is not affected unless you turn it off.

We keep a record of each cookie choice made on this website: its date, the choice, whether Analytics and Advertising were turned on, and whether a Global Privacy Control signal was sent. The record holds no IP address or other detail that identifies you or your browser. We keep these records for at least 24 months.

Tracking across other websites

Third parties, specifically Google through Google Analytics, may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites, including this one.

Do Not Track

This website does not respond to Do Not Track signals sent by web browsers. It does honor Global Privacy Control signals, as described under “Cookies” and “California residents”.

Who receives your information

  • Google LLC receives the details Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager collect, as described above, and your IP address and browser details when a page loads its fonts from Google Fonts.
  • GoHighLevel, our customer-relationship and scheduling service, receives what you enter in our “get started” form, in the forms for our free guides and in our booking calendar, keeps it for us as a contact record, and sends our booking confirmations and reminders by email and text message. Because the forms and the calendar load from its servers, it also receives your IP address and browser details on the pages that show them.
  • DataForSEO receives the city and the type of care you enter in the search-ranking check on our home page, so that it can return the Google search results the check shows you. It does not receive your agency’s name or your IP address.
  • Our content delivery and security service receives every request to this website, including your IP address, so that it can deliver pages and block attacks.
  • Our email delivery service sends the emails this website generates, which can include the details you entered in a form.
  • Our website hosting provider stores this website, including the form submissions saved in its database.
  • Government authorities or other parties when the law requires us to disclose information, or when disclosure is needed to protect NSI’s legal rights.

How long we keep information

We keep information you submit through our forms or when you book a call for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations and to resolve disputes. We delete it sooner when you ask us to, as described under “Your choices”, except records the law or a contract with you requires us to keep.

We use what you enter in the search-ranking check only to run the check and show you the result.

Records of redirected and missing-page requests, which include your IP address, are deleted about a week after they are made. Our web server keeps its access logs for this website for five to six weeks, and our security software keeps its record of blocked requests for one month. Some other records that hold IP addresses are kept for longer, some for many years with no set end date, among them other security records, records of clicks on our short links, backups that can include copies of the records described above and records left from earlier versions of this website.

We keep records of cookie choices for at least 24 months, as described under “Cookies”.

Your choices

  • You can change your cookie choices at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page.
  • You can opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at the bottom of every page, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
  • You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at www.aboutads.info/choices.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can use a browser or extension that blocks tracking tools.
  • You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent through our forms by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to each request, but we may keep records that the law or a contract with you requires us to keep.
  • You can stop the marketing emails that follow one of our free guides at any time through the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, and you can ask us to remove your business’s free listing from the NSI Senior Care Directory by contacting us using the details below.

California residents

NSI offers every California resident the information and choices in this section.

What we collect and where it comes from. In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information:

  • identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, IP address and the identifiers stored in cookies;
  • personal information described in California Civil Code section 1798.80(e), such as your business name;
  • commercial information, such as the services you ask about or sign up for;
  • professional or employment-related information, such as your job title and the answers you give about your business;
  • internet or other electronic network activity information, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how far you scroll and the links you click.

Information comes from you and from your browser, including through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager described above.

Why we use it. We use it to answer your inquiry, to provide and bill the services you sign up for, to confirm and remind you of calls you book, to send the text messages you agreed to receive, to send the marketing emails you agreed to receive, to publish the free directory listing you agreed to, to keep this website secure and working, and to measure how visitors use this website. NSI does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that California law lets a consumer limit.

Who receives it. The recipients are the ones listed under “Who receives your information”. In the past 12 months we disclosed the categories above to GoHighLevel, to Google for its fonts and Google Analytics, to our content delivery and security service, to our email delivery service and to our website hosting provider so that they could run those services for NSI. DataForSEO receives only the city and type of care typed into the search-ranking check, which identify no one. How long we keep information is described under “How long we keep information”.

Selling and sharing. NSI does not exchange personal information for money. NSI does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Your choices. You can ask us:

  • to tell you what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we use it, and who receives it, and to give you a copy;
  • to delete the personal information we collected from you, except records the law or a contract with you requires us to keep, or that we need to keep this website secure;
  • to correct personal information that is inaccurate;
  • to stop selling or sharing your personal information for advertising.

To stop selling or sharing in your browser, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Our website does not connect that choice to your name; to apply it to your contact record too, email or call us. We process opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in a frictionless manner. If you email or call us instead, we apply your choice to your contact record and tell you how to stop the sharing in your browser. We log each request we receive by email or phone with its date, the request and our answer.

How to ask. Email or call us using the details under “Contact us”. We confirm requests to see, delete or correct information by matching the details you give us with our records; a request to stop selling or sharing needs no confirmation. Someone you authorize in writing can ask for you. We act on a request to stop selling or sharing within 15 business days and answer other requests within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making any of these requests.

Direct marketing by other companies. NSI does not disclose its customers’ personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes, as California Civil Code section 1798.83 defines that term, unless the customer first affirmatively agrees. You can ask us to prevent any such disclosure, free of charge, by emailing us at the address under “Contact us”.

Children

This website is not directed to children. NSI does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

Where this website operates

This website is operated from and for the United States.

When we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. We will not use information we already hold in a materially different way from what this policy described when you gave it to us unless we first ask for your consent.
